Income protection insurance is included in the membership provided that you are entitled to compensation from the Swedish unemployment benefit fund (a-kassa). Through the income protection insurance, you get protection on income up to 80 per cent of a compensation-based income of up to SEK 80,000 per month. The insurance is valid for 150 days but you can take out an additional 150 days and get a total of 300 days.
